Return & Refund Policy

At Ovannis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, in line with the protections provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must not be damaged or altered beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, features, and function.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Send an email to help@ovannis.com to register your return. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

  2. Instructions: You will receive return instructions by email.

  3. Send back the item: Follow the instructions and ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Refunds

  • Approval: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • Processing time: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the same payment method used at checkout.

  • Bank processing: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Missing refund: If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at help@ovannis.com


Damaged or Faulty Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and provide a suitable solution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a full refund:

  • Sale or promotional items: If a return request is accepted, these will be refunded via store credit.

  • Personalised or custom-made products: Refunds apply only in cases of product faults.
